Peaceful and serene hotel with a beach front.
The service is pretty decent but the options for meals are limited. But they do have a great breakfast buffet spread.
I enjoy my stays here , especially when I want some peace to think about life in general and mine in particular.

Not up to par
I previously shared this feedback and received a standard explanation from Gerald Kanniah, the Operations manager blaming the long queues on peak periods, such as school holidays and festive seasons, along with a suggestion to pay extra for early check-in. However, instead of making excuses or asking guests to bear additional costs, the focus should be on improving the check-in system itself.
High guest volumes during these times are entirely predictable, and with proper planning and process improvements, the hotel should be able to manage this more effectively. Queue management strategies, digital pre-check-in options, or better staffing during peak hours could go a long way in addressing this issue — without shifting the inconvenience or cost onto the guests.

I would like to extend my personal apologies for the delays you encountered during check-in. Your comments highlight an area where we recognize the need for improvement, and I completely agree that it is our responsibility to anticipate busy periods and prepare accordingly.
In response to your concerns, I am pleased to share that we have implemented digital pre-check-in options to help expedite the process. However, in compliance with Malaysian government regulations, all guests are still required to register in person at the front desk and present a valid identification card upon arrival. While this mandatory requirement limits our ability to fully streamline the process digitally, we are actively working to enhance queue management, staffing levels, and operational efficiency to reduce waiting times, particularly during peak seasons.
Your suggestions are valuable and closely align with the improvements we are focusing on. First and foremost, we would like to express our gratitude for your valuable feedback regarding the recent incident involving the missing Raya envelopes containing RM 600 (RM 300 in 2 separate Raya envelopes) from your room.
Following the receipt of the official report from your spouse, Mr. Adha, on Saturday, 5th April 2025 at approximately 9:30pm, we promptly initiated a comprehensive investigation into the matter. Despite our best efforts, including a thorough search of the premises and involvement of our housekeeping maid, the missing cash remains unaccounted for.
Our review of the CCTV footage indicated that only the designated housekeeping maid had accessed your room during the said period. As your trust and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, we have kept all lines of communication open throughout this process.
I believe that our Front Office Manager, Sreether had met with Mr. Adha on Sunday, 6th April 2025, to provide a detailed update on the investigation findings. Furthermore, yesterday at approximately 2pm, I have personally contacted Mr. Adha to offer additional clarification and assistance, recommending the pursuit of a police report for further investigation.
I wish to assure you that we are continuing our diligent efforts to support you in this situation and are committed to resolving the matter satisfactorily. Your cooperation and understanding have been invaluable, and we remain dedicated to delivering a fair resolution.
If you have any pertinent information or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your concerns are our top priority, and we are here to assist in any way possible. Perfect hotel for a short and peaceful getaway
Very huge, calm and cosy resort. Far away from the city and located next to beach. The waterpark completed with swimming pool and water slide suitable for children. Very helpful hotel staff. ( Kudos to Mr Jason & Lutfi Al Hadi ) Water sport and land activities available. ! My kids enjoyed this place. Oh not to forget about their welcome cookies were so yums yums !
We need more trip here!
