all it lacks is a sea view

a fantastic modern architectural private villa
room is big enough, shining clear equipped with comfortable bed and a tidy pleasant bathroom just in front of a kitchenette where a simple but good breakfast is served by the very kind lady-host
a fabulous lounge facing a relaxing garden is available
probably the best accomodation we had in NZ

Perfect ♥️

I loved my night at Heta Road.
Carol was lovely and welcoming and my room was beautiful. Very comfortable bed and top quality sheets......great night's sleep.
I couldn't fault the place although I did spend time trying to turn off the kitchen light the next morning only to work out it was a sun tunnel.....had to laugh.
Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

Worth every penny!

Great place to be, cared for by the best host making a golden new plymouth home away from home . Situated in an elevated spot making for wicked spa pool views and well within reach of either the CBD offerings. I randomly stumbled upon this place and im glad it happened :)

Couldn't have asked for more

We were cheerily greeted by Brian and shown around their beautiful accommodation and facilities. Good parking and the room was great with direct access to the breakfast area which looks out over lovely garden.
Brian could not have been more helpful when we lost our car keys and ended up having to stay an extra night. Genuine concern at our plight and happy to drive us in to town to try and sort things with the car.

Great place to stay!

The location is great, not far from the town. Brian and Carol and fabulous hosts. Everything was perfect. They made us feel more than welcome and have a great sense of humour. The new addition to the family, Bentley, was great as well. If we come back to NZ, we would definitely stay again.
