HOUSE RULES • No loud music or parties: If there are complaints from neighbours about noise or parties, a warning will be issued. If this persists, there may be a penalty or immediate expulsion without refund. • No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including balconies or terraces. • Energy responsibility: Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment. • Sustainable waste management: Separate waste and use the recycling bins (organic, paper/cardboard, glass, packaging and general waste) located near the building. TIMETABLES • Check-in: From 15:00. Please contact us one day before to confirm if an early check-in is possible. • Check-out: Until 11:00. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS • Cot or high chair: Available upon request, with an additional cost of €30/stay each, requesting 3 days in advance. • Tourist tax: €6.88/person/night (applicable to guests over 17 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights). • Long-stay bookings (28 nights or more): Water, gas and electricity supplies are not included in the rent. The cost is €400/month, payable before the check-in date. ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT • Access to the apartment is via a mobile app, with no physical keys required. • You will receive the access link one or two days before your arrival. We would also need copies of all guests' ID cards or passports before providing them with the link to access the apartment. IMPORTANT NOTICES We are not responsible for the operation of the elevator. From July 8, 2024 the elevator is not in operation due to repairs and improvements. From 22 January 2025, the balconies overlooking Plaza Sagrada Familia will not be usable due to renovation work on the main façade of the building. These works will involve the installation of scaffolding and may cause occasional noise and disturbance during the day. The estimated duration of the works is at least 7 months, although this period may be extended in the event of unforeseen events. Note: We are not responsible for these works or the noise arising from them. By booking this apartment with this informed notice, you accept these conditions and waive the right to request refunds or changes of accommodation for this reason. • External noise: We are not responsible for noise coming from outside the apartment. • Belongings: We are not responsible for items forgotten or lost in the apartment. Notice to customers People staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia must register. • Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26: obligation to register and report to the police the persons staying in accommodation establishments. • Article 9.1 of Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30: the national identity document will be mandatory from the age of 14.
