Unbelievable
Wow ! What an amazing place and experience, they upgraded the room as it was my boyfriends birthday . Rooms had a lovely luxury feel and supper clean huge comfy bed and double shower. Winner all round
Reception Riannon was outstanding too so kind and lovely helping recommend places to eat ect ! Very impressed stayed in money penny for reference . Thought was going to be too good to be true for money but was far from the case just extremely good value which is hard to find these days, will defo return if visiting Chester again , 2 mins from Main Streets just perfect from start to finish. Never in my life wrote a review but knew I had too for this place !

Everything was Perfect. Fantastic stay. Won't stay anywhere else in Chester from now on
We stayed at The Hotel Chester for 1 night on New Years Day. My Mum & Dad were visiting us from Dublin, and we had booked this as a Christmas present for them. On arrival, you enter into a warm, cosy reception. The smell was beautiful too. I need to know what the fragrance is that they use so I can have it at home. We were greeted by the lovely Rhiannon on reception. Rhiannon was absolutely superb. Happy, Smiling, chatting away to us. Rhiannon explained that one of our rooms was ready and the other would be available shortly. We did arrive early, so this was no issue at all. We had booked The Ralph Room for Mum & Dad and Tropical for ourselves. Rhiannon took us to The Ralph room whilst we waited for Tropical to be ready. She also took my mobile number and explained she would text once our other room was ready. Ralph was stunning, beautiful decor, living room, kitchen area, separate bedroom, huge bed and bathroom. Whilst waiting, I received a text from Rhiannon offering a complimentary upgrade to The Elegance Room, which we jumped at. Again, The Elegance Room Wow. Living room with Kitchen area just off it. Bedroom with a Gold Sunken Bath that we certainly took advantage of and a separate Wet Room. The beds we so comfy, and we all slept like Babies. There was some building work going on the next morning at the back of our room, but we heard nothing, and we're not disturbed at all. We parked in the car park directly next door. £10 for 24 hrs. The only bad thing was that we didn't book to stay longer, but we will well and truly be back. Thank you to all at The Hotel Chester for a fantastic experience. Especially given it was a gift for Mum and Dad too, they also loved it. Pics attached of Reception and Elegance Room.

Great day great staff great apartment
Had the loveliest overnight stay we were upgraded too which was a nice surprise,our room was very comfy spotlessly clean ,the bed was comfy ample utensils in the kitchen
Large wet room,beautiful copper bath too will definitely be visiting again our four legged pooch loved it too ❤️

Amazing hidden little Gem personal service 24/7 desk for guests needs. We would stay again and again. Hug thanks to you all
Wow totally blown away such a warm welcome, showed to our upgraded room free from the hotel. This includes kitchen Sink, oven, hob, extractor, googd work space, mini bar with fever tree wine pop, Chocolate.

A hidden gem in Chester for any special occasion!
Stayed here for my university graduation with my girlfriend. We were upgraded to a suite 'The Ralph's which was a nice surprise. The girls on checkout were lovely and welcoming and went out of their way to help. Every detail was considered and the suite was immaculate, with little touches like the jar of sweets and music playing on arrival. The glass panel next to the door was a slight trip hazard but this was the only minor comment. Nice quiet location hidden away in walking distance of the Cathedral too. What a great!
