Anniversary to 2 with plenty of tranquility and comfort
Unforgettable weekend at Nor Hotel!
I have no words to describe the amazing experience we had! From the reception to every detail of the stay and the room, everything was impeccable. The staff are extremely attentive, polite and helpful, making everything even more special this weekend that I celebrated my birthday.
The room is super comfortable, the bed is wonderful, very cute. A delicious hydromassage bath that I used every day. We left refreshed!!
We take advantage of every space of the hotel: the relaxing pool, the refreshing dry sauna, the beachtennis square for moments of fun, the bike ride, the well-equipped gym, massage, the trail with an incredible view of the view and, of course, the restaurant with delicious meals. All surrounded by a stunning landscape of the mountains of Sao Roque - SP.
A special thanks to Julian, Leo, Marcos, the mass therapist Daniela, the girls and the reception staff (i remember the names) for all the attention and affection. Every detail made all the difference! ❤️

Good place, reasonable service.
The infrastructure is amazing, although some renovations and construction are still underway. Privileged location, sunrise and sunset views, extremely comfortable bed, good shower, proper cleaning, heated pool (incredible), quiet night and the details of all indoor and outdoor environments are first. The cost benefit is that I rate as low, because in terms of services leaves much to be desired. Requests made at the reception are delayed or not met. The room arrangement does not guarantee replacement of basic items such as soap, coffee capsules, and even on request, we did not have the items from the second to the third stay. Who plans to go, important to take basic items like make, paper wardrobes, in the duplex suite does not have. The commercial flow of corporate events greatly hampers those who seek “refuge” and tranquility, who manages such events does not delimit the spaces for meetings and this disturbs those who are for leisure, after all the idea is to escape the corporate environment. Rocco is a good restaurant, with good dishes, but the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired - the coated coffee comes cold to the table and the same way if there is a corporate event rolling, the attention of the attendants does not prioritize the guests, delaying the delivery of hot dishes, which end up arriving cold or wrong. This fact I see as a lack of management of the organizers and not the attendees, it is visible that they do their best to serve well. What marked the closing of the experience leaving very low, was the lack of a simple travel kit, which in hotels of the same or a lower level does not lack - water, fruit, etc; in addition to a satisfaction survey or a simple question from the attendant at the checkout - “How was the stay?” I believe you won't even ask why you know about the opportunities or maybe you're not even interested in improving. Finally, we liked the three nights a day, but it was not a “premium” experience as we expected, the hotel promises much more than delivery.

Amazing
An experience of stay!
The hotel is amazing, with several leisure and relaxation options available. I loved everything, including the service of the staff: always very cordial and attentive.
The room a charm only! The air-conditioned pool and the tennis and beach tennis courts allow a distraction also during the night.
I intend to come back, for sure!

Disappointment! Not worth the amount charged!
The hotel is new, the facilities are beautiful and the staff quite attentive, but still needs many adjustments!
The room is well cozy and the enxoval of bed and bath is very nice and comfortable. Hydro is good, but being outside can be a problem in mild climates.
The day we arrived, the reception staff did not send us the instructions via WhatsApp (even if they were sent the same day), so we only got to know about the amenities and services available a day later, when we charged this information.
Speaking of services, the spa is not ready yet and the services are being made in a suite. Prepare to pay R$ 450 if you want a massage.
The bathroom of the room we stayed in had a horrible smell of sewage returning by the ralo, I saw some other comments about this same problem and understood that the hotel should not be so concerned about solving.
The shower is quite difficult to regulate and swings very much between hot and cold during the bath.
If you are hungry and decide to order something at the hotel restaurant be prepared to wait BEST even if it is virtually empty. Until today I did not understand why it took so long.
We walked on Cooper's track and there was a blocked part with sewage flowing from an open pit. We had to go back because I was unable to pass by.
My last disappointment was with the Christmas dinner. We paid more than R$ 500 per person and was not worth even half that, total disappointment!
The buffet was delicious, but the menu served had nothing to do with the menu that was on the table! It was a very badly spent money, I expected much more!

Wonderful weekend
Beautiful place well located nearby São Roque - SP, ideal for couples. Service is outstanding, all the employees are well trained. Food is very good. The hotel is implementing a Spa from Loccitane and already has a small but efficient gym. In sum a amazing place to go.
