I absolutely have returned 4 or 5 times due to the cleanliness. The friendliness, and i'm able to have my therapy animal

An extra blanket, and keep breakfast open till 10am. It is nice to be able to have an extra blanket and not have to call and ask for one in the middle of the night. Some people like to have the extra weight so it is very nice to be able to not have to wake up and go to the front desk

We did not stay, hotel kept our money and would not refund. Avoiding this franchise for all future bookings.

The lady at the front desk was the only nice thing about our stay. She was very pleasant and friendly.
One of the beds in our room had eyelashes, hair, and what appeared to be a public hair. Everything was dusty and unkept and it smelled very musty in the room. The carpets also had definitely not been vacuumed. Sadly our visit with family was during a big soccer event and a training for firefighters apparently so finding another room last minute was not an option. I would never stay in this hotel again. I’ve never stayed someone this dirty.

Soccer Team Hotel

We stayed with our entire soccer team for a soccer tournament. The breakfast/conference room was perfect for the kids. We even did a video session post breakfast. The front desk was super helpful for any of our needs. We would absolutely stay again.

The check in service was mediocre. I made it clear I would need some handicap access, and was initially given a room on the second floor even though there are only stairs. There was a dog that barked for hours during the middle of the night, and staff did nothing to stop it. The matresses were very hard and lumpy just like the pillows. The neither shift made no attempt to help compensate for disruption. Would not recommended
