Horrible and gross experience made my actually sick!
Do not stay here. I booked a room through Expedia just wanted a nice relaxing night with my guy. I paid for a king spa room through Expedia. I get there and check in to to my room and get slapped in the face with a mildew mold smell. I let front desk know. Kind lady brought some spray to room and even said eww when walked in. I remove my shoes and walk over to bed the entire carpet is soaking like they shampooed and didn't suck up the wet. They transfer us to a queen room which is cheaper don't offer compensation for price difference not even product from their lil store.
The heater barely works so we froze all night and the bed is broken. I let new desk agent know and she glanced at photo and that was that. They didn't print out any check out paperwork. I called corporate and they said on the phone they couldn't offer any refund I would have to go through Expedia but can offer a travelers card 6 hrs later still haven't received that! So I reached out to Expedia and they called the hotel who refused to refund even the difference of the cost! Even though corporate advised me to get a hold of Expedia. I made a review and got the same cut and paste response everyone gets. Also there was no wifi I guess that's been broke for months, and only 45 channels on the TV that you can barely hear I er the loud broke heater. Also as soon as u get there u get hit with a 250 deposit for incidentals which they hold for 2 to 5 days. Since we didn't damage anything or use any stuff they better give that right back.
Don't get me started on the joke of breakfast the biscuits were hockey puck hard. I just wanted to stay out and have a nice relaxing evening.
The Jacuzzi tub in 2nd room was very nice that's the only good part of our stay.

Terrible all-around
So just something to beware of! I am pretty certain the hotels main website does not disclose this fact prior to booking so I figured I'd at least bring attention to this fact and save any element of surprise.
Something also to take note of-at least, in my opinion, the photos you see advertised are unfortunately, a far cry from the truth.
I observed several areas inside my room (window sill, surrounding the bathroom light, and the upper bathroom walls) covered in mold. At that point, it prompted me to pull the bed coverings off the bed to do an inspection and I discovered a yellow stain. I could not tell for certain if it was in fact urine, but it was upsetting to think that someone was trying to hide this behind several layers of sheets.
I asked the front desk if I could speak to the manager, "Jamie," and I was told that she does not directly speak to any of the guests over the telephone-only thru email. I asked if I could at least request for me to call me and I was told, "No-Any communication to her is stricly to thru email." I felt that if there is a safety issue, the owner could at least have the courtesy to speak directly to her guests. I emailed Jamie early evening and never received a reply-The front desk informed me that she even chatted with Jamie to let her know I would email her too as a heads up.
A few different times, I noticed the front desk rolling her eyes and replying in a condescending tone whenever I mentioned any concerns.
The following day, I emailed the owner but this time, I got smart in my approach and CC'ed the ceo with photos and how I am requesting a refund. Only then-- the owner replied (day of check-out). As for the breakfast, in my opinion, all items were cold-We are early risers. None of the food had warmers-Food lacking taste and tasted old.
Not a fun experience whatsoever, guys'! I sure hope that you do not make the same mistake I did-Believing the overall star rating and any positive reviews. Hope this helps.
