Amazing experience

We honestly could not recommend this hotel enough. It is a family-run business, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with such genuine kindness and warmth. We stayed for three nights and truly had the trip of a lifetime.
It is so important to do your research before visiting, as you are in Giza and fully immersed in the local culture. It can feel like a bit of a shock at first, but once you embrace it, you quickly come to love everything about it. The people at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to support you with trips, directions, or anything you need to feel comfortable and safe.
We arrived at midnight and were welcomed with pizzas and coffee so we could relax before bed, all while enjoying the most incredible view from the rooftop terrace. Every morning, we were greeted with a smile, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Breakfast may feel a little different at first, but please try everything—you might be surprised at how delicious it is. Everything was fresh, tasty, and often more familiar than expected.
One evening, after visiting New Cairo for my husband’s birthday meal at The Lemon Tree, our Uber dropped us in the wrong area. We were completely lost late at night, with no cash and nowhere familiar. It was quite scary, but we called the hotel, and one of the team came to get us straight away—even though it was his night off. He was there within ten minutes to make sure we got back safely. Such kindness is rare and meant so much to us.
During our stay, we visited the Great Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids, and the Sphinx, and even went quad biking at sunset while locals rode Arabian horses around us. It was absolutely breathtaking. The city is busy, dusty, and full of life—exactly what you would expect from a place so rich in history. Once you relax into it and plan your time, it becomes an unforgettable experience.
The hotel also allowed us to bring our own wine, so we could sit on the rooftop and toast the sunset while looking out at the pyramids—something we will never forget.
At first, everything felt completely out of our comfort zone, but now we wish we could stay longer and see even more. The street dogs may seem unusual, but they are part of the local life, cared for by the community, and not something to fear. The traffic may look chaotic, but it somehow flows—it’s all part of the experience.
If you are visiting, make sure you also explore Memphis, Saqqara, and the Dahshur pyramids—they are an essential part of the history and culture.
A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special. We are incredibly grateful and hope many more people come to experience your amazing hospitality and the outstanding views.
Thank you so much ❤️

Exceptional service that made my Egypt trip a dream come true!

I don’t usually write long reviews… but I had to with this property! My view of the pyramids was amazing. Super clean room. Full size bathroom. Loved it.
But the most exceptional thing was the owner and all the staff. Mohamed made my trip in Egypt. He was the most hospitable owner I’ve ever met. He planned my whole trip basically and everything was beyond what I could have dreamed for! Every tour, every driver, every guide, every thing he helped book was exceptional. My stay in Egypt was truly all thanks to Mohamed. From Cairo to Aswan to Luxor - he made everything amazing. He really hooked me up with a full VIP experience and it didn’t break the bank.
He was also so generous with his time! He went above and beyond what any owner would do. Including my trips to the airport, a great dinner spot together, hooking me up with the best people and spots all along my 12 day trip in Egypt. And any time I needed anything, he was there to help. My entire trip. I felt totally taken care of then whole time. I would recommend his services to everyone.
When I come back to Egypt - I’ll be making sure he helps plan my trip again. 10/10 and 5+ stars. I can’t say enough great things. I’m so grateful to have found him. What a guy!
And all his staff was also amazing. So kind and ready to help with anything!! I probably missed some details - but just know, Mohamed is the BEST. Thank you!

OK Pyramids View Inn and its great staff!

We just returned from the Pyramids View Inn, and we had a fantastic time!! The B&B is on the top floor (accessible only by one elevator) of a building in the old area of Giza, a great opportunity to fully experience local life and its contrasts between the old and the new. Decent and well-equipped rooms with the essentials. The strengths are the super courtesy and availability of all the staff and the wonderful view of the pyramids from the rooftop!! Having breakfast or relaxing until night with that view is priceless... the transfer service to/from the airport is excellent. Another commendation for their organization of tours, we did the classic 'Pyramids + Quad + Great Egyptian Museum' and everything was perfect, a huge thank you to the guide AHMED-FABIO who led us through Egyptian history with great professionalism!
Absolutely recommended for tourists who want to fully experience the local reality with an excellent quality/price ratio and an invaluable view.
Very good!

The stay at Crowne Pyramids View was just fantastic. The location is unparalleled: being right in front of the pyramids is a unique experience, with a spectacular view that leaves you speechless at any time of the day, from breakfast on the terrace to a relaxing evening sitting to admire this wonder...

The service was impeccable in every respect, helping to make our stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to live a unique experience in an exceptional location.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the incredible view of the pyramids — it was truly special. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful.
The location is convenient for visiting the pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), and is relatively close to Sphinx International Airport, which makes it a good value option for short stays and sightseeing.
That said, it’s important to know what to expect: the neighborhood is quite loud, with barking dogs at night, and there is a noticeable amount of dirt and trash in the surrounding area. Giza has a very different feel compared to central Cairo.
For getting around, I mostly used Uber, which worked well overall. However, it’s worth planning rides in advance, as occasionally drivers may ask for additional cash payments outside the app. In such cases, it’s best to stick to the agreed price in the app.
Overall, a good value stay if you come prepared and know what to expect.
