Bad experience, absolutely not recommended structure.
The room was in unacceptable hygienic conditions: dirty, neglected and with obvious signs of lack of maintenance. The window had broken glass. The bed was equipped with a plastic-covered mattress, covered only with a sheet, an uncomfortable solution and decidedly unhygienic.
The bathroom was impractical: the shower was placed directly above the toilet, making it impossible to wash properly. The washbasin was badly designed, with a faucet too long to get water everywhere. The environment was visibly dirty, with obvious traces of previous use, including urine, and a persistent unpleasant odor.
Breakfast is served exclusively outdoors, on a terrace overlooking the pyramids (only positive aspect), but without any indoor room. In December the cold was such that the experience was unpleasant. For the same reason we decided not to have dinner.
Communication with the staff was extremely difficult: they do not speak English and even through translator the understanding was minimal.
We had booked three rooms and all guests had the exact same negative impression.
Structure to avoid. Value for money non-existent and highly disappointing stay.

Simple accomodation with amazing view, but very bad service.
The rooms are simple, the furniture are old and quite smelly. The matreaces have plactic foil covers under the sheet. TV wasn't work due to broken antena cable. No hangers in the closet. The only equipment is mini fridge and kettle, both worked well.
Bathroom is extremelly small. Shower head is just above the toilet, in result everything is wet including doors and part of floor in the room.
Quality of sleep is very bad due to noise from the reception. Every day the guy on night shift was on his phone loudly talking or arguing with someone, it doesn't matter if it was 11pm or 3am.
Breakfast is very simple, omlette from one egg, one slice of cold meat, little piece of cheese, jam, honey and bread. Tea or coffe. Before we came I was told that breakfast is from 8 to 10, but after arriving it turned out that is from 9 to 11.
On Bookig they charge 20 USD for dinner - DON'T GO FOR IT.
It is a simple take away order worth 3 or 4 bucks. No plates, no cutlery, no beverages, not ever a glass of water, just a plastic bag with food and plastic spoon.
The terrace and view was amazing.
