Great service. I could not find a parking space but Edward found me one behind the hotel parked my car in a tight spot when I couldnt do it. The staff was very friendly. Very nice facilities and a great view of the ocean.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

They notified me the night before that the heated pool was not working until further notice, I asked if there was any compensation since they were not fulfilling everything they offered, the answer was no, therefore I had to cancel, but since they charge long before the visit (not at check-in like the vast majority), the refund process began and they are not meeting the deadlines. In short, I didn't even have to go to verify the terrible service they provide to the customer, both the people who contact you from the hotel and in the offices located in Stgo.
I am still waiting for them to process my refund and am thinking about going to Sernac if necessary.

False advertising

False advertising, the heated pool is not operational. Therefore, they should not promote the hotel with a spa and heated pool.
After arriving and paying, they say it is not operational. In short, deception.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, very comfortable, with a nice balcony.
Varied and delicious breakfast buffer
Excellent service from all hotel staff.
The only bad thing is that you hear a lot of conversation from the rooms next door.
