Beautiful place!

Lived in a hotel in February 2026. Guys, this is amazing! Daria, Nikolai, all the staff - a low bow to you for everything! Guests are treated like close relatives. Relax like you're visiting your grandmother. What breakfasts and dinners!!!! You come from the mountain, and then you get a mulled wine. At dinner, a glass of self-made wine. And it's a very good wine.
After dinner, you can sing karaoke, play tables in the attic, or just chat with guests in front of the fireplace.
Also, the hotel's beautiful location relative to the lift. Everything is as close as possible, very comfortable. Thanks for everything! And until more meetings.

Super rest at Daria and Nicholas'!

Just beginning to realize that our gurney ride to sunny Gudauri is over. There were over 40 people in the group.
The lift is 100 meters away. Excellent, comfortable trails, not enough snow ballo, but you could race!
*Accommodation* . Reality has exceeded expectations!
Small family hotel, fresh renovations, all rooms decorated in different colors, good mattresses, quality linen, lift. Bar, living room with upholstered furniture, karaoke, 2 counters with microphones, amplification equipment, piano, guitar - all for displaying talents!
*Meals* . European breakfast with a Georgian twist. Scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, sour cream, butter, cottage cheese, mazoni, two kinds of cheese, delicious for tea, pear and kizyl jam...
Dinner was served, each time new dishes from Georgian cuisine with a welcome glass of delicious wine from Nikolai's master.
*Apreski* . Every evening was interesting and varied in interests, dancing, concerts, singing a cappella, crocodile and mafia. It wasn't boring at all.
*Attitude of the masters* .
Not every family cares about guests like that!
The general opinion is that if heaven will allow you to go to Gudauri for a second time, it will only be to Daria and Nicholas! Thank you so much from the whole group for taking care of our holiday.

Friendly, delicious.

Greeted like an old friend. Got his cognac - poured chachi :) awesome Nicholas, Daria - goddess :) Next time I go to Georgia and there are no places - I will sleep under a hotel by the mountain, I am sure Nikolai will not let me die without samovar tea :)
Baked hachapuri. Very good - I ate half of it! :)

Cozy place with a heart

We loved this hotel in Gudauri! Simple, well designed, comfortable and clean! The hosts are working hard to make everyone feel at home! Nicolai chopps firewood to prepare tea in an impressive antique samovar and lights the fireplace for cozy evenings in the lounge. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. Parking is in front of the house, there's an elevator to the upper floors and many ski-lifts in the close by neighborhood. Gudauri is a beautiful base for exploring iconic Stepantsminda and the entire Kazbegi area with stunning mountain views, in summer AND winter.

Очень символично расположен отель, при въезде в Грузию вы сталкиваетесь с знаменитым грузинским гостеприимством. В отеле царит дружеская атмосфера, Останавливались на одну ночь в начале поездки и при выезде не смог проехать мимо и не остановиться еще на одну ночь. Спасибо Вам Николай за радушие и теплый прием! დიდი მადლობა და გაუმარჯოს საქართველოს!
