Amazing guesthouse in a beautiful place!

Amazing stay here - 4 nights in January 2025. Clean, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, excellent and prompt service by the staff. Mohammad and his father Abdullah were extremely kind and welcoming, especially with our two young boys. Everything you need for a great stay, for a great price!

I would recommend this place very warmly. The room was clean, it was cleaned everyday. It was quiet and right by the ocean. We had breakfast in the morning right by the waterside, good breakfast, both traditional Maldive and continental. It was close to all the good restaurants by the beach, only a few minutes walk to Compass Beach Bistro. Also we where diving with Scuba Divine, it was only 2 min walk from them. And only a few minutes walk to bikini beach. Very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and helped us with everything we asked about. When we came and left, they picked us up by the ferry and took our bags from/to the ferry and waited with us until the ferry came when we left. Lush garden in the hotel and a small terrace to overview the ocean. If we come back to Dhangethi we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family dive base and hotel

We rented out all 4 room at this wonderful beach hotel. Daily breakfast made early before dives or to enjoy on the beach. Easy walking distance to everything on the island. Mohamed and team are very helpful with any requests for assistance. Affordable prices and the people of the island very friendly, two great cafes nearby served excellent food and drinks too.

Great AND affordable!

We found sunset beach view via a recommandation, and we are super happy about it!
We tried to do our maldives trip on budget and i have to say, sunset beach view, was the perfect desicion for this! Affordable room prices, the rooms were super clean, the aircondition worked perfectly and the people were super friendly and helpful, they were the best part of our stay!!
We got every morning an early morning breakfast for take away, since we had to leave before 7am because of diving. They organised us the speedboat from male, and even changed the plans, due to our delayed flight! And mohammed took us for a walk around on our first evening to show us the shops, the restaurants, the bikini beach and everything else we needed to know!
Great and affordable stay!

I stayed at Sunset View Beach for a week and it was a very comfortable and homely stay. The rooms were spacious, tidy, clean and enough linen was provided. The air-conditioning worked great and the washrooms were well fitted with all the required bath fittings. I spoke with Ahmed for bookings, and he was most helpful with all of my queries and was very prompt with his responses. Many thanks to Ahmed . During my stay, Mohammed was always available and took care of every request. He organised a wonderful sandbank sunset dinner. He also took me around the island to show all the shops and cafes. It was very helpful in getting to know the island. Thank you Mohammad The rooms were regularly cleaned and the breakfast was delicious with many options available! I thoroughly enjoyed and relaxed during my stay with Sunset View Beach. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. It's proximity to the cafes and beach is a plus point.
