The people who own the hostel are wonderful, Jesús, his wife Erlinda and his children Jesenia and Sebastián, all very willing.

I think the bathroom can have little bottles with shampoo, conditioner and liquid hand soap. The atmosphere of the hostel is extremely cozy and everything is clean! Breakfast included with the price of the room.

Great service and fantastic breakfast

Hotel unfortunately had an over booking however swiftly found me alternative accommodation and also told me i could go back to their hostal for breakfast which was fantastic. Great overall service. Thank you for rectifying the issue

We spent 3 nights,

This place is one of the best we had in Peru for the price, new place, friendly people that still try make your stay the best, and a true American breakfast, 3 great options from eggs over easy to pancake, etc...3 min walk from the main centre. And 15 min walk to the train station, we returned safely at the hotel from our Michu Picchu visit at Midnight and still were greeted with a smile. Note. This is my first review ever.

Big rooms, comfortable beds, good price, nice hosts

We returned to Ollantaytambo to collect our backpacks that we left at our hostal after Machu Picchu. Unfortunately the hostal was full so we had to find another place and I stumbled here. The young girl showed me a room, 1 double + 1 twin bed with private bathroom, even had a window that opened to the pedestrian street below, at a good price. We originally booked for 2 nights but stayed 3. Very good hot water shower, TV, good wifi. Breakfast included (bread, jam and coffee or tea, even had eggs at 1 time)
They also have a tienda next door.
You can even book transport directly at the hostal for Hidro Electrica.
Over all great place, comfortable beds and pillows, and most of all pleasant hosts (young girl, mother and father)

Beautiful hotel, great location

I spent a month in Peru staying in budget places, and Hostal Kiswar was the best place I stayed. The room and bathroom were modern and super clean, the location was perfect, and the family super friendly. The Internet was consistent and fast enough that I skyped with my husband back home every night. And the shower actually had hot water. It was by far the best value for the money of any place I stayed in Peru!
