Excellent solution in Avilés

Perfect property in the heart of Avilés!
Room spacious and absolutely cute, immense bathroom!
At the reception very kind.
Location 1 min walk from the center, 7 min walk from the bus station.
Quality price excellent

Children are not allowed at dinners like New Year's Eve.
A couple of weeks after New Year’s Eve, having a table reservation of 10 diners (8adults and 2 children) since November 14, they write us a WhatsApp saying that children are not allowed at dinner.

Ideal to see the center of Avilés.

The hotel is located in the center, a stone's throw from the Town Hall and the Plaza de España. Without great luxuries, 40 knots offers good service, with a comfortable bed, heating, a clean room and bathroom, and an unbeatable location for a competitive price. Since our plane left later than Check Out, they let us store our bags at the reception until our departure to the airport.
Highly recommended to explore the center.

Cozy and clean room.

The room was super cozy, we had air conditioning which was very good for us to deal with the summer heat. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows too. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The negative point is that the parquet floor creaked when walking and the mini bar does not cool at all. The rest is all excellent.

Very good hotel with reasonable price.

Very clean and spacious room. Beds are very important for us and they are absolutely comfy and good shower too. It's just a 2 minute to the Plaza Mayor and 10 minutes walk to train/bus station. We can't comment on the breakfast because we opted to go out instead and try the nearby cafes.
