Correct

Although the facade shows the building's age, once inside we see renovated areas that are new and modern, although the elevators were not part of it (though they are functional). Very friendly staff, a good, small rooftop pool, and an extensive breakfast buffet, although with supermarket products. Good terrace. Good for what is intended in the city

Very satisfying stay, everything was very good: location, clean room, air-conditioned with fridge, pool, breakfast with a variety of choices, buffet lunch for €15, hotel garage, cafeteria with a welcome drink, friendly and attentive staff overall.

Reassessment of the number of stars down

I am very disappointed with my stay at the Hotel Port Eugeni in Cambrils. The food was of very poor quality, worthy of a school canteen, without flavor or care in the presentation. The room was old, with a closet from the 70s and traces of moisture above the window. But the most unacceptable thing is hygiene: cleaning was barely done. Only the bed seemed redone, but I found the same hair in the shower from morning to night, as well as traces of uncleaned feet on the floor. For a 4-star establishment, this is simply unacceptable. This level of service does not correspond at all to the expectations that can be expected for this category. A clear reassessment is needed

Cela dit, nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions : les problèmes d'hygiène que vous décrivez — cheveux dans la douche, traces au sol — sont exactement le type de situations que notre équipe de réception est en mesure de résoudre immédiatement, et il est dommage que vous ne nous ayez pas donné l'occasion de le faire durant votre séjour. Concernant l'état de la chambre, nos appartements sont régulièrement entretenus et les signalements de traces d'humidité sont traités sans délai dès qu'ils nous sont communiqués. Nous tenons à offrir à chacun de nos hôtes un séjour agréable dans notre établissement face à la mer de Cambrils, et c'est pourquoi nous encourageons toujours à nous signaler tout manquement en temps réel — cela nous permet de réagir efficacement et de ne pas laisser une insatisfaction s'installer.

A star is left over

Very old, quite dirty common areas, TV controls glued with plaster, at most three stars. Breakfast acceptable but no coffee machines working.

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo de compartir su experiencia con nosotros. Lamentamos que su impresión general no haya sido la que esperábamos, aunque nos sorprende la mención a la suciedad en las zonas comunes, ya que el mantenimiento y la limpieza son aspectos que supervisamos a diario; de haberlo comunicado en recepción, lo habríamos atendido de inmediato. En cuanto a las máquinas de café, podemos confirmar que se encuentran en perfecto estado de funcionamiento, y que en cualquier caso nuestros camareros están siempre disponibles para servir café cuando el huésped lo desee. Nos alegra, en todo caso, que el desayuno le resultara agradable, y esperamos tener la oportunidad de ofrecerle una estancia más completa en nuestra casa.
