Rooms at The Saint

We LOVED The Saint. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They were well stocked with snacks, water, coffee & tea (and even a couple of sweet treats). A full breakfast was included and there were a number of items on the menu to choose from. The French toast and the yogurt granola and fruit were delicious. We highly recommend staying at The Saint if you are in St. Andrew

Great Rooms with the Best Service People

My group stayed here for a week and had an amazing experience. We had just about everything on the menu from the sea bass to burgers to wings to lamb. Desserts too!. All excellent! You feel like you’re coming home here. Everybody is so nice, professional and completely catered to your needs. The restaurant has several main dining rooms and nice nooks and crannies to have a group or an intimate conversation. The location has a bonus outdoor patio that is very popular. If you want to come to Saint Andrews and just golf and sleep, go someplace else. If you want to experience golf, food and drinks in your hometown in Scotland, then stay at The Saint
If we were able to give it 6 or 7 stars we would….

Fabulous find!

Stayed at The Saint whilst visiting DD who is at the University. The room was lovely, beautifully decorated, not the biggest but really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and toasty warm. The staff are really lovely, couldn’t do enough for you, really made our stay special. Breakfast superb and in the lovely dining room.

Great location in St. Andrews

The employees were so friendly and helpful when storing bags before we could check in, as well as during breakfast, and helped us get a cab for the way home. It's an older place but the room was VERY clean and we had a modern bathroom. Great breakfast and lunch. We were able to walk everywhere in town without needing any transportation. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay!!

We booked a last minute stay in St Andrews and found this little gem. From the friendly greeting on arrival to the large, clean room we absolutely loved our stay. The room was well equipped with a heated bathroom floor, coffee machine and GHD straighteners/hairdryer which was a bonus! They had some lovely touches such as a few local beers in the fridge and bottled water. The pub/restaurant downstairs was great, really nice atmosphere and good selection of drinks. Plus a large beer garden which was ideal. We didn't have dinner here but the food looked really good.
Breakfast was included and it was brilliant! We both opted for some granola to start which was great (huge portion!) then I had poached eggs and salmon which again was a large portion and absolutely delicious. My partner had a full Scottish and demolished it. Service throughout was also really good, very friendly - apart from one female waitress, we didn't catch her name, she appeared grumpy and wasn't the most helpful when asked questions - however this didn't affect our stay at all. We had a great time and will definitely be back!!!
