Um atendimento primoroso, chales limpos e lindos e um lugar onde reina a paz!
O bom é que fica colado nas Trilhas e nas pedras (Redonda e Partida).

Cottages
Positive points: the staff are very attentive and very helpful. The place is very quiet and surrounded by vegetation. The chalets have a full kitchen for those willing to cook.
Not very positive points: the hotel is far from the center of Monte Verde, with regular access, and does not have a restaurant. If you want to have a meal, the nearest restaurant is about 4km away, 20 minutes by car. It does not have a community center or area to be. The terrain is quite steep (the chalets are below street level), and is not recommended for those with mobility difficulties.
Inside the chalet, the bedrooms are on the top floor, which can be reached via a narrow and steep staircase, also not suitable for those with any difficulties. The bathroom is downstairs, as is the fireplace.

Good reception and service
Leonardo, who welcomed us, was extremely attentive and helpful, being a “plus” for the place.
A good breakfast served in the room,
Pleasant atmosphere, with fireplace downstairs.
2 “buts“: the rooms are on the upper floor and have no heating (we had a 6ºC night and it was not comfortable) and the bathroom is on the lower floor.

Aconchegante, prático e relaxante.
O chalé é muito prático, com uma cozinha equipada (geladeira, microondas, pia, utensílios, etc), banheiro simples e bem higienizado, uma saleta com lareira muito boa e cama confortável. O ambiente como um todo parece uma mini casa. Muito bom pra levar seu vinho, acender uma lareira, comer uns petiscos...
Os chalés são reservados, mas poderiam ter opções de escurecer um pouco mais os ambientes internos (as cortinas deixam passar luminosidade). Apesar de poder ser um incômodo para alguns, achei muito gostoso acordar naturalmente e com os pássaros cantando. :)
O café da manhã é um charme... servido no horário marcado e trazido em uma cesta para o chalé.
