Beautiful pet friendly property
It was a beautiful, pet friendly property.We enjoyed ourselves enormously with our pet who was made comfortable throughout the stay.The staff were sweet enough to give him his own bed and water bowl,all spotlessly
clean.He was even presented with a little gift bag of goodies containing paw butter, shampoo, conditioner and body mist!

Hospitality at its excellence
It was my trip back to Pune. I stayed for couple of nights there with my family; wife and daughter (6 yrs). It was really a memorable stay and very good experience. The food was with great taste. We had breakfast in our package and had a buffet dinner. Good combination of dishes and great taste. The entire restaurant staff was very good. Diksha, at the front desk along with her staff made us really comfortable. They gifted my daughter the special plate which is a great memory for us. The pool attendent was also friendly and was caring, attentive especially with my small daughter. In all its wonderful experience and great Hospitality.

Excellent Stay
They gave us personalised experience. The dining staff was courteous and very helpful and guiding. The Chef team is excellent- they served us food dishes which were equivalent to master chef level. Even in room dining and housekeeping services are excellent.

Warm Hospitality with Memorable Touches
Our stay was made special by the clean property, inviting pool, and a surprise upgrade to a spacious room. The unique postcard mailbox and plate painting activity added a creative flair.
A heartfelt moment was when the staff gifted us a Goan souvenir – a small but touching gesture. Kudos to Amit, Santoshi, and Karan for their excellent service.
There were minor issues like power cuts on one day, a delayed check-out, and a repetitive breakfast, with stale bakery items initially, but feedback was acted on swiftly.
Overall, a warm and memorable stay with just a few areas for improvement.
