A well-located hotel for a few days…

We stayed at the Gaia Pyramids Hotel for a visit to Cairo. We were truly welcomed like very important people to them. The hotel's location is very close to the Giza pyramids; in fact, you can see them from the hotel's rooftop as well as from some rooms. Regarding the room, we took a pyramid-view suite; unfortunately, we found it too small for two people.
The breakfast was hearty but had no sweet options, or very few. Too bad for the French. The cleanliness is decent.

Excellent value for money !

We were really impressed with this hotel and the overall experience we had staying here. For the price, it is excellent value for money. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended!

Very disappointing experience and complete lack of support

I had an extremely negative experience with Gaia Pyramids Hotel. Unfortunately, due to illness, I was unable to travel and I provided a medical certificate to support my situation.
From that moment on, the hotel offered no real assistance. I tried to contact them several times by message and by phone, but they did not respond properly and did not provide any clear solution. Their lack of communication made an already stressful situation even worse.
What disappointed me the most was the complete absence of empathy or responsibility. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but in exceptional circumstances, especially when medical documentation is provided, I would expect at least a professional response and some willingness to help.
Instead, I felt completely ignored. The hotel did not cooperate, did not answer my messages in a timely manner, and made the whole process unnecessarily difficult.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Customer service and communication are essential in hospitality, and unfortunately this hotel failed completely in both.

Everything was there for a perfect stay

We had a great stay at this hotel. The view is simply beautiful, a real pleasure from morning to night. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything is perfectly maintained, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
A huge thank you to Rana, who organized for us a complete program in one day. Everything was perfectly planned, which allowed us to enjoy fully without stress.
We would also like to warmly thank our driver Hassan, who was exceptionally kind. He accompanied us all day with great kindness, allowing us to move and discover the place in peace.
A really perfect experience, which we definitely recommend!
