Clean rooms, some things need to be renewed. The kettle in our room had rust at the bottom so having a hot drink was out of the question. The shower head was slightly rusty so obviously needs to be replaced. I would suggest that someone goes around and looks at each room and sees what needs replacing. But overall the room was comfortable, air con worked and hotel staff were very helpful and generous

We stayed here for 5 days. The hotel was placed in close proximity to explore pyramids. The view from the hotel was great both the sunrise and sunsets. The hotel helped with planning trips and I want to particularly call out the help of Hossain, who was brilliant in sorting some issues we had faced during our stay.
We had the food in hotel restaurant and it was ok. Just make sure you call out your dietary requirements clearly since it could be overlooked and you may face surprises. The morning breakfast was ok, nothing special. It's a hit and miss but I guess it's good for the price.
Overall, we had a good stay and I recommend the hotel for families for stays. Again, calling out Hossain for going above and beyond to help and sort the issues.

The view from the rooftop bar over the pyramids was great. The breakfast was far from inpressive. The staff was hello ful. The waiter at the rooftop bar was very push and not good at making calculations of the bill.
