Amazing Staff

Truly enjoyed my stay! The staff is extremely dedicated to providing the best experience for the visitors! Extremely freindly and warm.They will go out if there way to provide you with A+ service. Plus the view of the Pyramids was breathtaking every morning. Made my breakfast special and remeberable.

The staff was incredibly friendly in answering all our questions, they came to pick us up at the airport and waited for us even if our flight was delayed 1 hr. The location of the property is perfect. Just like the photos. We walked to the Giza piramids the next morning after a lovely Egyptian breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel

Very dirty room and furniture or appliances were broken. The place is very hard to find with dirty alley and stairs to get to the hotel.

Great location, standard below average

Major plus for being located close to one of the two entrances to the pyramids, plus excellent view of the pyramids from the small breakfast balcony.
All the rooms are on the 5’th floor, with a really old elevator that you need to walk 2 stairs to the first floor to use. Not well suited for elderly and people with disabilities in other words. If you opt for using the stairs instead, it’s filthy.
Most of the rooms are facing away from the pyramids, aka no view. Rooms are semi-clean. Bathroom was filled with small flies, and there was no changing of towels or room service between the nights. They are however very attendant if you ask them for anything, such as an extra roll of toilet paper.
Compared to other places in the area, you’re in a quiet street. But bring air plugs anyway.
If you stay two or more nights the airport pick up is complementary. This worked excellent, and the driver was very cautious and good (except for the usually Egypt-style hints about the need to give him tips).
General advise regarding visiting the pyramids, which I guess is why everyone chooses to stay at this hotel: walk straight to the ticket office, no matter how many so-called “official” persons (only men) that says you neee their help to see the pyramids, claiming it’s way to far to walk for seeing it all. It’s easy accessible by foot. Also, when inside the pyramid areas, after purchasing the ticket, if you feel like a camel or a horse carriage to travel from A to B, starting price is 200 EGP (2 US dollars), but can be haggled down to half.
