Great hotel in an excellent location

This hotel is wonderful. It is in a very safe area in zamelek which has lots of security. The view over the Nile is simply stunning and the rooms are large and comfortable. The crimson restaurant on the 4th floor also has stunning evening views and the food was great and well priced. The manager was also most accommodating to us when we asked for a late checkout due to our flight leaving at 11pm. I would stay here again rather than anywhere else. It is great value.

Pleasant hotel on the Nile in a safe area

The hotel is located in the embassy district of the island of Zamalek and overlooks the Nile. The reception on the ground floor is small and nothing fancy, while the hotel rooms are on the second floor. Our room was very spacious, overlooking the Nile, spacious bathroom and well cleaned. The room is well equipped with safe, kettle, TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. The area is safe and well frequented and there are restaurants nearby within walking distance. The hotel also has on the 4th floor a well-attended terrace restaurant (Crimson bar & grill), with good cuisine and magnificent views of the Nile.
The only flaw is the suboptimal soundproofing, you can hear the noises from the street, which is not very busy, except in the evening hours.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOST!

Hotel located in front of the Nile. Very courteous reception service, despite the delay in attending some simple requests. Room large and well comfortable, quality bedding, working air conditioning and clean. A negative point for TV, which did not have any international channels - 90% of the programming of the channels is in Arabic. Large bathroom, hot water with plenty of pressure, bath clean and with the hydro running. I chose a room overlooking the river, but the view is lateral, it was not cool. Breakfast is served a la carte at the rooftop restaurant, has quality, but few options.

Perfect hideaway in the centre of Cairo.

We only stayed one night but the manager - Mr Ibrahim Samuel - and his team were wonderful. They ensured our dining at breakfast and dinner was a wonderful experience with a table on the terrace overlooking the Nile on both occasions. Food was delicious and service could not be faulted.
In addition to the great food and food selection the room we stayed in was heaven. Incredibly comfortable bed and bedding and a lovely close view over the Nile.
We very much look forward to being able to stay with Ibrahim and his team again and express our gratitude for his kind and courteous attention.

Hotel cancel the booking due to an urgent maintenance

I have booked a room for the period of 4th to 8th of Feb 2025 more than a month in advanced however, after I have arrived at Egypt , the hotel emailed me asking me to cancel the booking due to an urgent maintenance issues and to inform me that the hotel will not be able to provide such booking anymore.
Cannot confirm the genuinely of the allegations.
If similar action has been taken with anyone else please , let me know
