Friendly atmosphere

I went to this hostel after an extremely disspointing stay at a nearby hostel. The staff here are truly amazing, always ready to help with anything and very friendly overall. The beds are comfortable, I stayed in 3 different rooms during my stay and all have enough space. There are plenty of bathrooms and kitchen space as well. The location is perfect right across from an archiectual jewel in the heart of Monserat district. I would really recommend this hostel as it offers something for everyone. Overall I stayed about 3 weeks and have good memories of the place.

very basic noisy and very expensive

stayed in this place few days,
it was noisy i could hardly sleep due to the noise coming from the main street.
the room was basic.
it was undoubtedly the most expensive
in its level.
the location is good but i easily found better place near by.
i would never stay at this place .

Great hostel to explore Buenos Aires!

Great hostel to explore Buenos Aires! All the sights are within easy reach and the Free Walking Tour starts practically right outside the front door. The staff is very helpful and friendly and gives great tips! The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Not great.

It's confusing when you first arrive, as it's not clear which floor you are meant to go on. I went in to the hostel and was told that I'd been moved to a different floor as an "upgrade". Not sure how much of an upgrade it was when I saw the dated room with peeling wallpaper and rusty sink. I was told there was a rooftop terrace bar but when I went upstairs it was two guys staying on the upper level who after looking around for 10 minutes told me that they didn't have any drinks for me to buy but I could still sit upstairs if I wanted. There were a few chairs up there but it felt a bit dingy and I didn't stay.
The rooms are a good size but the beds are small and I think the girls staying in my room had been living there a while. I didn't get the vibe of it being a very social place and I didn't have an actual conversation with any other guests.
In my room there was a loud fan machine which was directly open to the outside street on a busy road so it was really loud in the room. The balconies advertised are small Juliet balconies that you can't actually step out on to.
The breakfast was disappointing: coffee, bread, jam and dulce de leche. You can pay extra for eggs and I assume someone comes in to cook them for you though maybe you have to cook them yourself. You're better off buying your own stuff or going to a cafe.
The location is pretty good and the staff were really nice. I wouldn't stay here again if returning to BA, but it was a fine place to rest my head when visiting friends there.

Perfect location, nice rooftop terrace

This hostel is on a perfect location in Buenos Aires and has different levels. I was at the first floor. The lady at the reception was very kind and the older lady makes you breakfast every morning. The croissants are delicious! The living room was fine. There was a PC and a TV including Netflix. The rooms were big enough, the bathrooms were clean. There we no lockers in the room, only in the living room. At the top of the apartment there is a nice rooftop terrace. The view is amazing, I really liked that.
