The staff was nice and professional. I appreciated my stay, after I was unceremoniously rejected by Hotel Porteño at Moreno 1150 due to racism. The showers worked, the sink provided clean, potable water, I was nearby some good, tasty restaurants such as El Rebenque del Omar and El Rinconcito Peruano, as well as some other local chains, such as Kentucky Pizza and a lot of empanada and kioscos (corner stores). Only thing was that the wifi was very weak on the second floor, only on the first, and while I would’ve preferred to have my breakfast at 11 AM, the staff sent my breakfast at 9 AM, which is a little too early for me. Also, the TV in my room was very old and out of date. But the staff was professional enough to earn a good grade. I could stay in this hotel for another time, but it might be for up to a week.

The worst experience of my life

I am Lisbeth from Costa Rica, I have traveled a lot in many places around the world and I have never been through anything worse, the booking was through a travel agency to whom I bought the package.
When my husband and I arrived at the hotel we saw that it was a dilapidated and old place but the guy at the reception seemed very friendly, so we decided to stay, when we entered the room it almost crashed, but we thought it was only two more times sleeping there and ready, as we were finishing the holiday in Patagonia.
The second night when we arrived at the reception after having left all day, the reception boy tells me that he has to charge me the sheets because he stains them with lipstick, I am amazed because the lipstick does not stain of not being able to remove it, he never showed me the sheet and told me to pay because that says the owner. The worst was not to pay but the terrible deterioration of all the lingerie in the room. I wrote an e-mail expressing my annoyance, and they didn't politely reply.

Staff are friendly and the location is good. But the rooms are small, beds are uncomfortable. Our room didn’t have a/c or a window. So it gets really warm and uncomfortable with no air movement. And they provide a breakfast which is a small amount of bread and coffee. Not really a breakfast worth mentioning.
