The Pool and Gym are located on the GROUND FLOOR OF THE BUILDING and are exclusively managed by the administration of the building consortium, so their operating hours and others are in charge of the latter. They can be used by guests free of charge, always respecting the rule of up to 2 people per apartment, in case of evading this rule a fine of U$D 50 per day evaded will be applied.
