Overall Excellent Accommodation 10/10 will always stay again

Excellent people, hospitality by the Mangers were very respectful and helpful, couldn't do enough for us, looked after us very well.
The rooms have been refurbished, so there lovely and clean. Clean linen for the Bathroon were given each day.
Eateries are very close to the Heritage, walking distance to the CBD only 10 minutes.
Enjoyed our stay Excellent and will always stay again.

Okay but very overpriced

Location okay.
Not much atmosphere. Rooms are very basic. Mouldy bathrooms paint peeling. 1 pillow each and very uncomfortable. No extra pillows or blankets. More like apartment building. Not worth the money they charge

Not 3 star, more like 1 and a half star.

Dirty bathroom. Told staff but they did nothing. Advertised as 3 star, but more like 1 and a half star. 1 small window (1m x 1m) facing onto street at ground level, so no view at all - could not keep blind open even if there was a view.

Good inexpensive place to stay in Darwin. Basic amenities and clean. Close to CDU campus and Woolies.

Average at best

Very average hotel for the price you pay. Only good thing is location, otherwise the room is noisey and bright. Reception never seemed to be manned.

Dear Ben,
Thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent stay with us. We’re pleased to hear you valued our central location, though we regret that other aspects of your experience did not meet expectations.
We are sorry that noise and light disturbed your rest. Being in the heart of the city has many benefits, but we understand it can sometimes bring challenges with sound and brightness, and we are reviewing options to help improve guest comfort in these areas.
We also apologise if our reception presence did not feel consistent. Our team aims to be available and attentive at all times, and your comments will be shared with management to ensure service coverage is maintained more effectively.
We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable stay in the future.
Kind regards,
Management Team
