A broken sink, no toilet lock and completely ripped curtains. On top of it takes 48hours for the hotel to respond back to this visible issue. How can you even have this room up for let?
Housekeeping staff was able to acknowledge and replace the room on third day. Just not the best experience with this hotel.

We loved the Hotel but we were disappointed with the check-in service and there was no specified car park. the view from the room was also quite good

I notified the hotel in advance that I would be arriving early, as I had booked and paid for the room for that day. Despite this, and the fact that they lack 24-hour service, they failed to leave a key for us, forcing us to wait outside for five hours until they reopened. Furthermore, the room was disappointing: the lighting was inadequate with only one dim light, the room smelled unpleasant, the cleanliness was poor, and overall the stay was not worth the money.

Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting. We felt so dirty and unsafe. The bathroom window was broken-anyone or anything could have got in during the night. Door wasn’t locked. Filthy dirty. The lighting was very bad but that was probably deliberate to hide the condition of the room and the dirt. We had booked and paid for 3 nights but left after 1 night. Avoid at all cost. Very bad location also.
