The property is clean , the location is good , it’ s not far from the tram stop if you gonna use the public transport.
The staffs are
Our fam stayed for 7 nights in 1 bedroom with a sofa bed. So far we are satisfied with our stay except the condition of the sofa bed we had , because it doesn't support the body well anymore.

Room could have been cleaner, the floors weren't clean in the kitchen area of the room.
Parking was confusing as we paid Nesuto for parking each night, then when we were exiting car park we were charged $34 to exit.

Great location, comfortable stay, with a few things to improve.」
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, and the room and bed were comfortable.
A few things could be improved. The washing machine and dryer were quite noisy, even with the door closed. The kitchen could use an additional pot for cooking soup, and the water pressure was rather low, so showers took longer than usual. Housekeeping could also be improved a little.
Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would still consider staying here again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Staff at check in were very welcoming and very professional and helpful. Our room was very clean and beautifully presented.
