Owner rude and very difficult to deal with. Made us feel like criminals and were treated like they expected us to trash the room. They took a $200 charge not a hold and it was very difficult to eventually to get back.
For the rudeness and distance from Mandurah I would stay there and drive the extra 15 minutes

I don’t understand why they need your drivers license to be photocopy when you book in. Today world you need to keep your personal information SAFE with all the scams happen out there today.Also you had to put a $200 down for bond. My friend in her room she had power points with no cover on it also her shower head was spraying from the top over the walls and ceiling and a broken kitchen tap.

more basic amenities required. there was a stove, but no cooking utensils (no wooden spoons, kitchen knives, chopping boards or other basics), no full size mug (only small tea cups with no saucers) and the barest of bare minimums provides

We were in town for an event and had to stay for a minimum of two nights due to it being Easter weekend as did the other guests at $220 per night which is alot considering it is a basic motel room.
There was a large family that had also booked in and we were very disappointed when one group out of this family was asked to leave because their kids had their cousins over for a swim who weren't staying at the hotel. The kids were well behaved, having fun and not causing any trouble, nor were the family, they even called the police who attended and escorted the calm family off the property. It was an extreme over reaction in our opinion and we did wonder if it were because the family were of a different culture to the people running the resort.
