the rooms are great but the mattresses on the beds are out of date and needto be replaced didnt get a bit of sleep when i stayed there this time because of it

Comfortable, quiet, well located, friendly

Caught without anywhere to stay because of the Celtic Festival in Glen Innes, still driving at 6pm, we were happy to find a room at this friendly and helpful motel, first in town on the main road, coming from the south. Well appointed, with a good kitchen bench and comfortable beds.

Genuinely friendly and a great stay

Our group has stayed here twice now and besides the rooms always being clean and tidy and the pricing very reasonable the Lady on reception (I can't recall her name) is always smiling, very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. We will certainly stay there again.

Very disappointing, very uncomfortable.

I arrived at 3.55pm.A notice on the door said “back in five mins.” When I rang at 4.40pm to find out when reception would be attended I was told they had only been away 5mins (I’d been waiting 45mins) and was asked if I was at the right motel? A simple apology would’ve been ok rather than denying a fact and questioning whether I knew where I was. The room was clean but bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The advertised free continental breakfast was not supplied and the rate I paid, $160.00, was significantly higher than the website advertised. Definitely would not stay again or recommend.
