Well located!

The Hotel is well located, in the Central region and served exactly what I needed: to be near the Agency that made the tours in MT. The room is spacious, bathroom very spacious and breakfast with many options. They also have a convenience, which even made a snack the day I arrived late from the tour and was not going very well. If you intend to leave the night, it is recommended uber, pq the surroundings because it is Center, it is deserted after business hours. I recommend the hotel and will come back again for new tours

Big and beautiful

It is a privilege and also very interesting to be right in the center of the city, on the side of one of the main and busiest squares of the city, the Alencastro, close to the nightlife of the central region of the city, museums and cultural centers. The hotel is great and the rooms are beautiful.

Basic, without much to offer, besides the location.

The mattress was 2 singles lying down, so sleeping together, it became uncomfortable, one of the mattresses was already time to change, sunk in the middle. The room we stayed had no outside view. Old floors. Hotel reception tight. Basic breakfast.

Good

The reception and valets are very attentive.
The structure of the hotel itself is simple but the service is very good.
Breakfast with few options. There are a lot of farinaceous foods and a lot of carbohydrates.
Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, it's simply making the bed and taking out the trash, not even a damp cloth is passed through the rooms.
The soap dish that was fallen on the first day was not even seen, the hair was left on the floor.
I stayed two weekends for work reasons. The first one, the internet worked in the room, the second one it didn't work.

Cost benefit

The location of the hotel is good, however, very close to the area where wanderers and homeless people stay. Being right in the center, access to everything is privileged! One thing I didn't like was the fact that I had to take two elevators to get to my floor, or climb a staircase and take just one elevator. Another point I didn't like was the fact that there was no parking nearby. The car was taken to another location by a hotel driver, and then every time I went out, I had to ask to pick up the vehicle. The shower could have been better, and the breakfast was basic and simple, but it served the purpose.
