The staff is super helpful and attentive. I got scared because there were no safes in the rooms. They explained that they have them at the front desk. Explain, they have about 15 safes like the ones in the rooms. They give you access to them and you choose one and enter your code. I mean, like I'm in your room, but in the front desk and locked the entrance to them.
