It was a little unsettling to find out there wasn't enough parking for all the cars. But the staff were very helpful and in the end everything was fine.

A good hotel

We stayed in a family class and everything went very well. The hotel is comfortable, room with good size, bed and shower very good too. The space for breakfast is not so big, but everything is quite delicious and fresh. All the staff of the hotel served us with a lot of cordiality and sympathy.

Very Medium Stay for the Class Hotel Chain

Regarding the reception, I felt a careless at the time of check-in and especially at check-out, lack of attention from the reception with us. In addition, they had some problems in the room: dirty table and infiltrated walls, but out it's ok. The biggest problem was in the restaurant, very small hotel staff for the demand of guests, especially in the dinner part. There were extremely boring situations in relation to the requests of my friends, a lot of delay to send the portions and dishes and one of them came with hair on the plate and another with the meat extremely poorly passed, splashing blood. As the delay for the dish was very big, we did not even ask for the meal exchange, in addition we felt a lack of disposition of some employees with the public.
Apart from that, we also noticed complaints about the stay and food of other guests and, looking at the reviews from here, I realize that many improvements are needed in the hotel, both for a better job between the hotel staff and for the guests.

Informamos que estamos em obra de ampliação para melhor atender, onde trabalhamos com vagas limitadas no estacionamento.
Agradecemos o feedback e esperamos que possam retornar em breve.
Somente em adendo ao retorno, estarei repassando sobre posturas com a recepção, mas em termos de procedimentos, até mesmo tendo em vista a ''impaciência'' e desencontros desde a solicitação da reserva, a equipe cumpriu e até antecipou a entrada de vocês, já que nosso check in é a partir das 14h e a chegada se deu antes das 11h em um dia que antecedeu alto movimento no hotel.
De qualquer forma, pontuamos que todas as criticas são analisadas dentro dos acontecimentos e não tão somente da reclamação, para que a correção seja eficaz.
Sobre o restaurante, temos pontos a melhorar, em especial na postura de nossos atendentes que estão em treinamento, lamentamos que tenham passado pelos desencontros e esperamos uma melhor experiencia em caso de retorno

Needs maintenance and staff to receive groups

Reasonable hotel with good breakfast. Restaurant needs to fit to receive groups as was in my case. Everyone was waiting around 1:30 to 2:00 to receive their dishes the day we arrived, at lunchtime. A pizza sprout the night, took 1 hour. Room needs maintenance, with worn towels, dryer didn't work. There's only one elevator, so it's a little time-consuming to get to the rooms.

Agradecemos o feedback, entretanto, nossa estrutura de restaurante ainda precisa de melhorias no espaço físico para atender mais de 50 pessoas simultâneas ao se tratar de alacarte, onde foi um ponto repassado a responsável pelo grupo e proposto atendermos em buffet, onde possuímos cardápio variado e teriam mais praticidade no atendimento.
De qualquer forma, pedimos desculpas pelos desencontros e esperamos que possam retornar em breve.
