Real Eco High Level Hotel
I hope my entire review is filled with pleasant experiences!
A large warm house, underfloor heating and a real fireplace. Outside the window is a green lawn and mountain views.
The cabin had spa supplies, even for our baby)
Coffee machine with capsules, kettle. small refrigerator with basic drinks included in the room rate.
Huge bed with no gap between halves !!! One piece.
There's a cot - a laundry dryer. Everything is thought out, even umbrellas!
Delicious breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant, above all praise and dishes and service.
Excellent spa, several kinds of saunas ,clean ,all working. Even a cooler with minimal water inside, exactly mineral!
A huge area of green manicured lawns , the site is suitable for yoga retreats and other outdoor activities.
Football and basketball field.
She did yoga by the warm pools - geysers outside even when it's cold and the grass is wet by the pools warm and dry.
Didn't lack anything absolutely, were wrapped up in warmth and attention.
The baby received a teddy bear as a gift from the hotel.

No good understanding of style, aesthetics and common sense.
On New Year's Eve, someone had decided that the otherwise modern restaurant with a gourmet menu should be turned into a village festival, where zurnas, tampans, shouting "iha" are heard at high decibels, dancing is done between the tables and huge flags are waved above the heads of the diners.
An extremely inappropriate and tasteless experience, in the style of remnants of the Ottoman Empire, which left a very bitter aftertaste in our house and forced us, after the second course, to ask for the other three to be brought to our cottage.
The place needs management that understands sophistication, comfort, style and a different approach to having a good time. Dinner is a time for conversation, for enjoying food and togetherness, for a stylish and harmonious atmosphere with quiet and unobtrusive music, if at all.
A program with a script, people, and energetic presence is performed on a stage that is at the right distance from the seated guests and after the meal, if at all.
We recommend that you use the money we paid you to hire someone who understands style, reason, and meaning in hotel behavior and has experience beyond zurnas, sbordjian stylistics, and dancing in the one-meter space between tables.

Beautiful, but service suffers
They took 2 rooms because the family is big and the price is not small.
As it happens, we arrived at a hotel around 12 o'clock. Yes, we know that check-in is later, but usually, the room is given at the right time, and before that, change to the spa and relax. But that's not the case. The front desk looked at us as if we had come to ask for a free night's sleep. You don't have to ask for a smile and courtesy. Plus , if you want to rest now, you pay more Sorry, but for the cost we already paid, it's too much to ask for. We didn't ask for a room before, just go to the spa and start relaxing.
Rooms are standard, bathrobes are available.
Breakfast is below average. If you haven't come to the discovery - much will be gone, finish the leftovers.

Don't bother if you're British
Having booked tables for dinner on line previously (not residents of the hotel) we have always enjoyed the experience and were keen to return.
However, the last two times my husband has tried to book a table in person, as soon as management becomes aware that he's British, the answer is a resounding 'no'.
Unfortunately for the staff, hubby speaks pretty good Bulgarian, and was well aware of the fact that the issue was our nationality. Not impressed.

A wonderful luxury hotel near Sofia
We had a stay at SPA Complex Belchin-Spring.
The hotel service was excellent, friendly, professional. Presidential Suite was a perfect choice for us. Top notch. Spa and pool areas were in excellent condition. The spa services were the best we've experienced anywhere. Restaurant food quality was very good. Some small problem over a waiter's attitude when I asked for us to be relocated to a better table. None the less he obliged us and we had an excellent dinner.
We highly recommend SPA Complex Belchin-Spring for a super relaxing holiday.

The expected duration of the renovation is until June 22, 2025. At your disposal during this period are the large outdoor mineral pool, the indoor mineral pools and the SPA center. According to preliminary information, the activities should be completed within one month (by June 11, 2025), but we keep the right to extend by up to two weeks if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances. Important clarification: In the period from May 15 to 17, 2025, demolition activities will be carried out, which will be accompanied by loud noise between 08:00 and 18:00.The total duration of the noisy activities will be approximately 5–6 days, with the most intense of them being on the specified dates.
