Room was very clean and comfortable, location was also great, reception people are not pleasant , our check in was frustrating , you really do not feel welcomed, but that’s the feeling you get throughout Sofia, we were yelled at in the city , people at pretty rude and unpleasant to tourists, once you get out of Sofia, you feel like you are in a different country, people throughout Bulgaria are wonderful, friendly, welcoming and pleasant .
All in all, besides reception people, the place is great, simple , but comfortable. Beds are also very comfortable and breakfast was great .

Pleasant experience, we recommend!

Great experience, very kind staff. Modern and elegant building of about 7 floors, 15 min walk from the center and 5 min walk from the metro and one of the bus stops.
We stayed for 3 nights in one of the “twin rooms” (we had previously asked by message if we could join the beds and it was possible). Nice room with a nice bathroom, comfortable and with everything you need. We slept comfortably and no annoying or loud noise either from outside or from the rooms next door and corridor. The TV in the room had amazon prime and youtube; we had air conditioning and heating to be able to regulate freely; the very simple view: first floor (we had not taken the room with the balcony), on one of the main busy streets but overall "typical". The breakfast really great... everything, sweet and salty... very varied and quite plentiful.
Check-in time: since our flight was in the afternoon we chose the time of our arrival at the hotel between 18 and 19 (all through Booking... after booking the room we also had the free driver from the airport to the hotel).
Check-out time: you have to leave the rooms at noon (h 12).
We knew only halfway through our stay that there was the possibility to use the restaurant service (dinner) inside the hotel itself but we preferred to go out to eat in the restaurants in the city center and / or order in the room through "wolt" (same functionality of glovo and deliveroo) typical food.
In general calm and relaxing atmosphere.
They also had the gym, open to all hotel guests, well stocked and comfortable... we used it an hour late one afternoon and liked it... absolutely not confusing.
The only “negative” note was this: I noticed that, when they went to clean and tidy the room, they did not change the sheets and especially the used towels but folded them and put them back as if they were clean ... certainly in the complex room and bathroom, used for three nights (we spent most of the time around), they were clean but this thing that I noticed by pure chance (since a towel had been slightly stained on the first day and remained that) made me remain a little astonished ... mh is this how you do it in every hotel?
Beyond this inconvenience, our stay was pleasant and, if we return to Sofia in the future, we would probably choose this hotel again.

Very good hotel

At check-in the lady was already super friendly and gave good tips to do things. The first evening we had dinner at the hotel. That was really good, too.
The rooms were very good. Lovely beds. The bathroom was very good with a good shower.
The breakfast was very rich and very tasty.
Overall, been three nights and a top stay. All 11 friends were very satisfied.
