They have alpacas!

I spent about ten days at this hotel for work. The staff was always very helpful and the room was comfortable with a hot and working shower.
A lot of people were using the pool, the gym was very small but totally workable.
The grounds are beautiful and the highlight was the alpacas living there.
During the ten day stay I think I ate most of the menu. The ceviche was probably the best item.
If you have them bring food to your room, you have to call so they can retrieve the dishes when you are done.
I would stay here again if I go back to Ovalle.

From the highway the hotel did not look impressive but it was a pleasant surprise when we checked in. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a llama.

We loved the comfort of the room

Breakfast could improve, they don’t have sugar-free or squeezed juices and they might have other healthy options. The suite room is quite spacious, comfortable and the cleanliness spotless. The staff is very friendly.

A good place to stay near Ovalle

Simple rooms, but well equipped for a short stopover. Clean, bright and fresh.
Food in the restaurant is very tasty and the menu has something for everyone.
Simple breakfast to start the day.
Pleasant and welcoming staff.
Would stay again, when in the area and recommend to all.
