Outstanding experience

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Rooms were large and very clean. The hotel is older so dont expect pristine or marriot style-- this is more a rustic island lodge. it is admittedly showing its age. However, it kind of contributes to the laid back chill vibe the island has. We were very relaxed here during our stay and found it to be a great experience. The transfer to and from the airport makes everything easy and smooth. People try to work to enable your stay experience. Outstanding place to stay with a very cool culture.

I would not return.

By far the worst hotel I know, the rooms are old and poorly maintained, there is no air conditioning, they provide an old fan. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is mediocre. Rusty tub, broken and dirty floors.... Ugh.
The breakfast is terrible, there is no fruit or eggs, only cheese, ham, and butter.
Definitely, the photos and advertising are misleading.

Front desk help was very kind and helpful with booking tours. GREAT location for easy walking distance to a grocery or the waterfront in town with lots of restaurants. Had a fabulous stay on Easter Island!

Pros - rustic charm in a very convenient location with very useful airport shuttle. Cons - bathroom had terrible smell, no Aircon - the room was so hot had to leave patio doors open 24hrs. Easter island is really safe but still felt uncomfortable not being able to lock the room up.

Dated property. Patio doors didn’t lock, so anyone could come in your room wether you were gone or middle of the night sleeping.
