Very nice hotel to stay in Las Trancas

The hotel is down a small road, a few hundred meters away from the main road of Las Trancas. It has a very nice common room with a fire place and it is reasonably heated for Chile. The rooms are quite basic but for a ski hotel it is enough. Dinner and breakfast are included and very good in quality. The staff is friendly and live there so you will always meet the same people. There is a sauna and Jacuzzi (for which there is an extra charge) and a hot tub (free).

Muy Bueno!

Preocupados por dar una buena atención desde la recepción que nos dió Lucía, hasta los servicios y datos de donde ir que nos entregó Alvaro ,relación precios -calidad gratamente sorprendidos. las preparaciones de Felipe muy buenas y porciones en muy buena medida .

Excelente custo benefício.

Quartos simples, mas aconchegante e muito limpo. Serviço excelente e dedicado, ótimo café da manhã, jantar com entrada, prato principal e sobremesa e boa carta de vinhos. Está bem localizado, próximo a estação de esqui (15 a 20 min. de carro). Tivemos uma ótima experiencia e queremos repetir

Hotel Bonito e agradavel

O Hotel é bonito, o ambiente é agradavel, o jantar é bem feito e os quartos são bons... falta um pouco de manutençao nos quartos, mas em geral o hotel está bem conservado e limpo... Falamos da parte boa agora a ruim... café da manhã é muito fraco e o que tem não tem reposição rapida, falta um café, tem só cafe soluvel... Cobra-se muito caro por uma simples cama extra, sendo que a reserva já era para 3 pessoas, ou seja a cobrança era apenas pelo aluguel da compra, entendo que é pratica cobrar e não ligo, tanto que até fiquei com a cama, mas achei um pouco de abuso combrar quase 50% a mais na diaria...

Excelente hotel !

Hotel familiar, muito confortável e aconchegante localizado num bosque próximo da estação de ski nevados de Chillan. Tem meia pensão, comida deliciosa. Fomos atendidos pelo proprietário, todos muito atenciosos. Tem piscinas, ofurô, sauna, uma mini-academia. Preço bom. Muito recomendável!
