This is a very poor hotel. When I entered the room, there was a musty smell. It turned out that the bathroom mirror was broken, the bathroom ceiling, the walls were all moldy, and the table was rotten. I arrived at the hotel very late on the day of check-in, and was told at the front desk that there was no room to change, and I was staying with my baby. It was too late and I didn't want to make a fuss. As a result, the baby cried all night. This is a hotel on Ctrip's list. I really don't know why it is on the list. Write a comment for follow-up people to avoid lightning. In addition, let’s talk about breakfast, the room includes meals, but I gave two 20 yuan vouchers to eat in the restaurant on the first floor. Before the meal, it was not informed that there would be a tea seat fee and a service fee. At the end of the meal, you have to check out more than 100 yuan. Including tea seat fee and 10% service charge. Speechless. The attitude of the waiters in the restaurant is poor, the taste of the products is average, and the price is very expensive. It is recommended to train more employees. First of all, when we parked, there was obviously a large parking space, but the security guard asked us to park next to the garbage station. When we opened the door, there was a bad smell. After we reported it, we were directed to another place. Secondly, the attitude of the front desk is also very slack. We reported that we need a few more disposable slippers and toothbrush sets, and expressed our reluctance. 800 a night room, these basic equipment can not meet, there is really no 4-star service standard.
