Nice Gasthof!

We stayed there two nights, and enjoyed the location. We walked from the train station, maybe 15 minutes. The food and bier were excellent, and had a good breakfast. The owner was very friendly, and even gave us a ride during her busy day. I would definitely go back.

Hotel and inn are now separate

At the beginning of this year, the green tree received a new owner. In the tavern, now separate from the hotel, we dined on two evenings. There was Franconian cuisine, which was truly delicious. It was quite busy on one evening, but the staff made every effort, and we were very satisfied.
Unfortunately, one cannot say the same about the hotel. We had four overnight stays, our beds were never made, trash cans were not emptied, let alone cleaned. Very unfortunate, as the location of the hotel is very central.

Did not receive the table despite the reservation.

Offered to wait for 30 minutes. Even after this time, there was still no space available for us in the dining area. We were moved to the breakfast room. Overwhelmed and poor in service. Disappointing service despite high room prices.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

During our stay, the rooms were not regularly cleaned, the beds were not made, and used towels were not replaced for days. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Only upon inquiry with the owner were we informed that this procedure is handled in accordance with hotel information and is essentially contractually agreed upon. For a room price of 125 euros per night, this is absolutely unacceptable from our perspective. Cleanliness and service should be a given at this price range. Overall, very disappointing.

I go there again and again

This was our third time there and we really enjoyed it. The breakfast is great (everything is there, nothing is missing). Dinner is also great. Parking is free. The hotel is centrally located and is a good starting point for things to do.
