We’re sorry for the room mix-up at check-in. If anything crops up on the spot, our Hosts at the desk or bar are the quickest way to get it sorted there and then. On the temperature note, our maintenance crew will look into the air conditioning in that room so the issue doesn’t repeat.
You picked a handy base for work and wander. Ruby Leni sits right by Königsallee in the city centre, with the Old Town and the shops around the Stadtgraben just a short stroll away, so finding a good bite or a cosy corner is pretty effortless.
We’d love to welcome you back when you can switch the laptop off and enjoy the city in a different season.

We were there during the heatwave, so it was great to have the well-functioning AC!
No EV charging available in garage.
Cool vibe. I’m not a big fan of the room layout, with shower cabin in room, separate from sink, which is separate from toilet, but I can see that it’s space-efficient. Friendly staff.

Great hotel, nice service.
Beautiful hotel with good breakfast and very nice service. In particular, the night shift at the bar, Steffi and Ellen, were very nice and competent.

Consistently good!
Another lovely Ruby hotel and exactly as you expect it. Rooms are all in the same white decor scheme with dark hallways. Galleys are helpful for teas and irons. The bar at the entrance is also nice here just to grab a drink or coffee.
I have been a fan of the Ruby hotels and stayed in all 3 in Dusseldorf with this one being my favourite. The old theatre is unique and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast being included helps too and they have quite a decent offering given how small it is.
The hotel does not feel full although there is a steady stream of people coming in and out, hence keeps the noise level down. Corridors are carpeted helping keep the hallway noise to a minimum.
Room are spotless. Shower pressure is good. Beds are firm and comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Hotel location is also excellent and easy to get into the middle of the city.
