Warm Hospitality at Ahorn Hotel

I stayed at Ahorn Hotel for five nights with my group of 25 fourth graders and five adults, including teachers and tour leaders. During our stay, Cecilia provided excellent service. Our schedule kept changing, but Cecilia and her team were always accommodating. For example, on the first day, we arrived three hours earlier than expected, and she welcomed us to our rooms almost immediately.
Cecilia and her team never used the word "no." The location was also convenient, as we could easily get everywhere using public transportation. Ahorn Hotel is a lovely place with a warm, family-friendly approach.
Thank you, Cecilia!

Cleanliness was inadequate

I was there with my family and unfortunately very disappointed. The rooms were large, but overall the cleanliness was very inadequate. The floor was very dirty and dusty, and the shower was heavily calcified everywhere. For us, this was very disappointing and we therefore did not feel comfortable. Due to our experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend the accommodation.

Place to never goiii.

Slap place, dirty, cleaning 0/10, very small bathroom and also disgusting, behind the Curtains dirt, how do you give such rooms in these conditions.

Horrible

We booked the Ahorn Hotel – and left after less than five minutes. This “hotel” is an absolute imposition. Dirty, unkempt, run-down and has absolutely nothing to do with the pictures on the Internet. As soon as you enter, a musty, stale smell strikes you, which immediately makes your stay difficult.
Especially annoying: It makes absolutely no sense to choose between smoking and non-smoking rooms in advance, if even the alleged non-smoking rooms smell of cold smoke, as if someone had smoked there continuously for months. With children, this is completely unacceptable – but also otherwise an imposition.
The conditions are so bad that one wonders how this hotel is still bookable. It was clear to us: We're not staying here for a minute. Those who value cleanliness, safety and a semi-pleasant environment should make a big bow around this house.

A disgrace for Munich

Worst experience ever. Did inform the hotel on my late arrival. When at the hotel: no room, no reception, no staff, no communication possible. Had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The same for another guest also arriving from the airport. A disgrace for Munich
