Nice Stay

My stay at Bob W Schwabing was excellent. It was a little tricky at first because I wasn't used to the digital key, but then everything turned out to be very easy and convenient. Excellent location, clean and spacious room, and a very interesting and comfortable coworking space and kitchen.

Not good, at all

32 celsius inside the room. My dog got sick. Booked a hotel, paid double, at least we got treated like human beings there. Worst customer service. They dont want to refund. DO NOT book this room it is an OVEN. I attached photos. They dont want to refund. Zero huma interaction or decency. Shame on you. No one should rent a room thats BOILING.

I completely understand how frustrating and uncomfortable it must have been to deal with a room that hot. As you may know, there is currently an extreme heatwave sweeping across Europe, which is making temperatures unusually high. I wanted to kindly mention that while the specific room category you booked does not feature air conditioning, we do offer other rooms that are fully equipped with AC to help beat the heat. We will definitely look into making this distinction much clearer during the booking process so our guests can choose the best option for their needs.
I also apologize if you felt our customer service lacked a human touch regarding your refund request. Even though we operate a contactless model, we always strive to treat our guests with empathy and decency, and I'm sorry you didn't feel that during your interactions with us. The property itself was great, the fact that all the check in and other hospitality involved no humans, and yet the constant communication from the AI or whatever, was really annoying.

Excellent apartment. Very good in every aspect: clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. It fully met expectations. The stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Highly recommended.

No room ventilation or air conditioning! Shock!

I'm shocked that in a country like Germany, someone gave permission for a place to open that has a kitchen but no air conditioning. In a 35-degree Celsius weather, the room was 40 degrees Celsius, and there was no air conditioning. This must be a joke. We stayed for 5 days, and everything ran out, including toilet paper. Even though we requested it in writing, they didn't bring any. Cleaning might be chargeable, but not providing toilet paper is ridiculous!

The Pantry (For Supplies): We do not have a traditional front desk, but we do have a fully stocked guest pantry in the building, which was shared with you prior to arrival. You are always welcome to grab extra toilet paper, fresh towels, or coffee refills from there at any time, completely free of charge. I am truly sorry if your written request was missed by our digital team—that should not have happened, and I will check why it wasn't handled immediately.
The Room Climate: Our properties do not have built-in air conditioning, which is quite common for residential apartments in Germany, but we know how tough a 35-degree Celsius heatwave can be. Our on-site team is in the building every day from 9 AM to 5 PM and is always ready to provide fans or help find solutions to make you more comfortable when the heat builds up.
I deeply regret that these issues overshadowed your 5-day stay. I hope that despite this experience, you will give us another chance during a cooler season to enjoy the full convenience of our apartment concept.
