Very good location.

Hotel in the central station area, clean property, reasonably large room with all the necessities, very friendly and kind staff, and abundant breakfast with a wide selection; not far from the property there are several places to eat, I recommend it.

Gladly again, value for money top

Very friendly owner run small hotel in good location to the city center and train station. Reception staffed until at least midnight. Easy. Tasteful and varied, good breakfast.

Very good hotel. Especially the proximity to the train station we liked. On foot you are in 5 minutes at the
Train station and also to the city center it is at most 15 minutes. Rather less. We had booked the hotel for one night for a transit and were very satisfied. Clean, quiet large rooms. Special thanks to the very friendly reception . Also at the
Breakfast very nice attentive service . Breakfast was very good and adequate. I can recommend the hotel 100%.

Review of Hotel Ambiente

I had stayed here as part of a transit and booked the room because it nevertheless had favorable rates at Oktoberfest time. In the area in front of the hotel is a major construction site that requires a diversion even for pedestrians. Here would have been an info in advance of arrival. Kindly I was allowed to move into my room 2h before check-in. There are deductions here in terms of cleanliness. A black spot on the curtain, coffee stains on the desk and foreign hair on the wall tiles in the bathroom. The bed was extremely slack. Not disturbing during my private stay, but possibly for business people: According to the description at Booking Referral there is supposed to be a phone in the room, but this was not available. In the room hung an ancient picture frame advertising all rooms as newly renovated. My room was last renovated 25 years ago... The hotel still has classic room keys, which is not negative per se. However, the key had to be handed in at every course from the hotel and picked up afterwards, this is not customer friendly (I don't know if this is a special arrangement that only applies during Oktoberfest times). In the morning, no sensible showering was possible because the water pressure was too weak, in addition, there was a 90s hotel hairdryer with little power in the bathroom. The breakfast had a great choice but was of simple quality. Low sustainable: Even as a solo traveler, you received a complete coffee pot.

No no no

Absolutely not a Recommendation. When you want a pillow, it gets a hostile look. It’s a shame not to be punched to empty the door of your room while you’re quiet while you have a reservation. They won’t apologize sincerely even when they know it’s wrong.
