Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tram is very convenient to reach the train station and Old Town.

Nice location, room to be improved.

Hotel located in a very pleasant neighborhood, full of venues and well-connected to the city center thanks to the proximity to public transport.
From the room's perspective, the experience was less positive: the space is rather small and the presence of carpet, in my opinion, is not the most suitable choice for a hotel in terms of room hygiene. The beds also proved to be uncomfortable, penalizing the quality of rest. The bathroom is also very small, but it must be said that it is equipped with everything necessary.
For the rest, the stay was average, with no other particular elements to report, neither positive nor negative.

Overall a nice stay in a fantastic location.
Pros:
- short walk to buses and trains
- short walk to grocery, bakeries, cafes and restaurants
- moderate walk to self-service laundry
- was clean and generally quiet
- staff was accommodating to a group with only one that could speak German
- nice selection of in-room snacks and drinks (for purchase)
Cons:
- not all rooms have air conditioning and the room was very warm even with the provided floor fan
- not the fault of the hotel, but there was very loud road construction right outside
- 4 person rooms are pretty cramped, but worked though would be better suited for 3

A practical solution when visiting Munich. Nothing impressive, but fair priced. A big positive note was that the personnel was very friendly and helpful.
