Error of choice
The room is a room in name only. It is more of a meeting room where 3 beds and a table have been placed. We were to benefit from an almost private outdoor bathroom and toilet, according to the information we were given.
The result is a bathroom at the end of a corridor without hot water, passing in front of the reception and the entrance, with four collective showers without curtains or partitions. For the toilets next to the room, they actually exist. But occupied by traces of vomit and the flush does not work either.
Let's move on from dirty bath towels and duvets that are too small. We were kindly loaned a microwave with projections of previous dishes. Finally, nothing is going well. The staff were friendly enough but curtly refused a refund for our second night.
Between sleeping outside and going to the Arctic Magic, rather go to the Artic Magic....

The rooms were not clean the smoke alarms did not work and the door locks wouldn’t lock. The beds were grubby and needed changing no clean sheets the food served was not up to standard the manager said he had lost his staff before we arrived they all took Christmas holidays entertainment was a pool table we had to rely on trips to the main Santa Claus village on a 140 kilometre round trip and we were time restricted The trips cost us over 200 euros daily. We ended up leaving after 3 and a half days booking up an apartment near the main thoroughfare at a cost of 800 euros it saved our sanity and our disabled daughter and managed to do the things we wanted
The facilities at arctic magic should have had a spa and sauna none of these worked
How did you ad a company put this hotel on your system is beyond us we will be looking to claim back a substantial amount of money for this holiday My wife had suffered bites to her legs and thought it was DVD
