The place to be

One of the best hostels I have known, I had an amazing stay! Between surfing, walking and cycling, relaxation and evenings, the location is ideally located. Close to everything and quiet what suits everyone. Bruno reserves a warm welcome and good advice.
The hostel is very clean and maintained daily and the bedding is very good I slept super well!
Finally I met very beautiful people throughout my stay.
I recommend 200% and will be back with pleasure!

Perfect !

Short trip. A practical SMS for arrival and stay arrangements. A very warm welcome from Bruno who puts you at ease straight away. A quiet place. Impeccable dormitories and sanitary facilities. Very pleasant common areas.

The unexpected parenthesis ;)

Espace Chill which marks the vida loca around Surfing and Basque culture.
Friendly atmosphere of sharing, without hindering each other's autonomy and which does not prevent calm from gradually settling in the evening.
Laid out without pretensions, practical and clean, you quickly feel at home with wall sockets for recharging the batteries, close to each bed with curtains for privacy.
Place secured by digital codes, individual cupboards which can be closed with a padlock. Very cozy terrace with Buddha bar atmosphere with small spaces for surfboards, bikes, hanging out laundry etc.
Non-intrusive human kindness, brief reminders so that everyone applies the rules of common life without having the feeling of being monitored/infantilized.
Close to all amenities, not to mention access to the Ocean just a few minutes' walk away, a perfect start to warm-up for those who want to get into sport mode.
Above all, Bruno is an excellent osteopath available on site who relieves asthma, lower back pain and neck pain. I was surprised to see a great improvement in the days following my session. And thank you for the flexibility regarding the unforeseen event that marked my stay.
In summary: the successful combination of freedom and good value for money

Great hostel, great hosts

I booked for 1 night only but the minute I walked in I loved the place and stayed a second also. Wish I could have stayed longer. Bruno and his lovely wife make you feel so welcome. The place oozes with positive vibes and there's only 4 beds to a dorm which makes it spacious and comfortable.
The position of the hostel is great and 5 minutes walk from Anglet beach.
I would definitely recommend and will be returning again some day!
