A grandiose park with remarkable trees

A fabulous park with trees with many remarkable species. You have to take the time, stop to be ecstatic, to feel the serenity that emerges from these landscapes imagined by landscapers of the 19th, park renovated with passion by the new owners for 13 years who welcome visitors as their friends. Thank you.

This property and their grounds are STUNNING! I have never stayed at a respite like this in my entire life! I’ve traveled the world and must say, besides Giraffe Manor in Kenya, this was the most beautiful accommodations I’ve experienced.
Do not hesitate to stay here if you are looking for a one of a kind experience. Also, the views of Mont St Michel from their grounds is worth the price of admission! Also, wait til you meet their peafowl mascots.

A real nugget to discover

Wonderful time at Chantore Castle.
We highly recommend staying and visiting the castle park. Nice and perfect welcome. A very nice experience.

Unique Stay at Beautifully Restored Chateau

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully restored chateau. Our room was large and well appointed. The bathroom has been updated with modern fixtures while retaining a historic feel. The house and room is filled with tasteful antiques giving us a sense of what it may have felt like living in the past.
The property is huge with its own lake, waterfall, horses and peacocks.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with perfectly scrambled eggs, ham, freshly baked bread and pastries, gourmet cheese, yogurt. sweet cuts of fruits, homemade jams and juice.
The owners, Bernard and his partner, are great hosts. Bernard was so attentive, checking on our comfort and eager to please. It is obvious they take great pride in their home and happy to share it with guests.
It was a unique and memorable experience for us.
