No nice experience had by car break-in and hotel management who fails to respond to mail in that regard
Room rather small but for few nights to stay ok, breakfast nice and adequate.
There is a Non Secure parking and already the first night a window was smashed in 4 cars and what was in the car was stolen, including our car was there. Reported to the police and apparently according to the officers, this had happened before but the owners fail to secure their parking. The receptionist was very friendly, emailed us a document that they were insured and that everything would be reimbursed and just there the problem is because they no longer respond when you email them, there is no simple response to a question and so they do say that everything will be reimbursed but in reality nothing is reimbursed by them and they do not even respond! So not recommended!

Nous prenons connaissance de votre avis indiquant que vous nous avez ecrit mais nous n'avons jamais reçu de mail sinon nous vous aurions répondu .
Nous sommes fortement désolés du désagrément sur notre parking et nous sommes en cours de mise en place de fermeture du parking privé afin d'eviter ces désagréments . Ces travaux sont prévus en Janvier 2026.
Nous vous avons communiqué notre attestation d'assurance afin que votre assurance puisse se retourner contre notre assurance mais nous ne nous avons pas indiqué que tout etait pris en charge . C'est votre assureur qui devra se retourner vers notre assurance suivant votre couverture .
Nous sommes désolés que ceci soit arrivé sur le parking de l'hotel
