Vacation in Les Arcs

Top-notch hotel, the welcome, room, and setting are magnificent, and the advantage is that there is an on-site restaurant which is excellent, very good value for money. I don't understand some comments, that really doesn't reflect reality.
I approve and recommend it.

Bad experience

Disappointed with the welcome, arriving there I had to wait 20 minutes knowing that it was the first time that I had come to this place and first of all the state of the room at first glance would say that it is clean but analyzing closely,
In the room where there was the mini bar I discovered the drinks of the former guests who had come to stay, then hair on the bed and pillow, on the floor poorly cleaned and the bathroom only the bathtub was dirty soap which is stuck on the edge and for the price I paid, the least thing was the hygiene and the mediocre service frankly I should have asked for a discount or a refund but already at the reception which is closed often I just wanted to leave this hotel! Bad experience, shame, beautiful setting with the garden side, but be very careful when choosing a room, first check on the internet before choosing at random.
